About Us
Integrity Workforce is a family-owned and operated staffing company that aims to assist people in finding career opportunities by connecting people with employers. Integrity Workforce was established in early 2018 to assist local distributors, manufacturers, and warehouses in the Greater Mid-South with their need for contingent labor support, particularly for blue-collar workers.
Towards the end of 2019, a global pandemic broke out and had a significant impact on various industries within the Global Supply Chain sector. As a result, there was a strong need to help rebuild a resilient workforce worldwide. The pandemic challenged everyone in the Global Supply Chain and forced them to adapt to the hiring practices. Hospitality and Retail were affected hardest. The high unemployment rate, massive labor shortage, and a lack of skilled workers across America’s history were affected, including distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, and other blue-collar sectors. A total of 16.9 million people were unemployed in July 2020, and 9.6 million people, 57 percent were unable to locate employment because their employers closed or lost business due to the pandemic. Integrity Workforce quickly innovated and adapted to the changing labor conditions helping many sectors of the Supply Chain acquire personnel during a hard time for America’s blue-collar workforce. Currently, Integrity Workforce helps serve many businesses within the surrounding markets of (Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas) adding long-term and efficient workforce solutions.
